Whole Family Health Center providers offer scheduled virtual visits from your computer, tablet, or smartphone as an alternative to in-office appointments. Our providers spend the same amount of time with their patients over video as they would during an in-person visit.

You can schedule a virtual visit with any of our available providers by calling us at 1-877-345-WFHC (9342).

Primary Care Telehealth Appointments:

Your Telehealth appointment will be conducted through your computer, tablet, or smartphone. On the day of your appointment, you will be getting a text message with a link to get connected with our office staff. Please be available 30 minutes before and after your scheduled appointment time and keep your mobile device near you during this time. Have all current medications with you for your Telehealth visit.
